Residual resin on the miniatures may be toxic. We strongly recommend rinsing all miniatures with cold water before handling or painting. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the potential risks associated with handling resin.
5. Shipping and Delivery

We only ship to countries within the European Economic Area (EEA).
5.2 Delivery Times
Processing times are 5–10 business days, followed by shipping times of 3–7 business days, depending on the destination. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
5.3 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order.
5.4 Lost or Damaged Shipments
For tracked shipments, we will work with the carrier to resolve any issues. We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by the shipping provider.

Due to the custom nature of 3D printing, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged.
